"Hotel was new and very clean and nice. I find it interesting that all the king bed rooms were on the lowest level, and were all handicapped. These rooms were at the lowest level of the hotel, which were 3 floors down from the main lobby. To get up youu either went up a steep incline or climbed stairs. If there was an elevator I did not find. Desk help seemed more interested in talking on the phone than taking care of customers that were booked. This happen in the evening when I checked in, and in the morning when I was checking out. The night clerk was not well informed about the local restaurants, she gave us a map and said there are three places and showed us on the map. She did call one restaurant for us, to see if they would be open. One last point, the breakfast bar closed at 10:00 am. this is ridiculous when trying to compete with 2 bus loads of people that are on a schedule to get through."
